Composition: Hybrid polymers, mineral fillers, functional additives. Pasty mass of white color.
Adhesive is designed for fastening of polyurethane molding elements to ceilings and walls of any material. Attention! The adhesive isn't intended for gluing of polyurethane foam articles to each other. For bonding joints use glue for joints.
Allowable surface types: any engineering surfaces (brick, cement, plaster, aluminum, stone, worked wood, PVC, glass, etc).
Preliminary requirements: surface must be clean, dry, degreased and dust-free. Weak mineral surfaces must be strengthened with suitable primer.
Method of application: remove dust from the surface with brush or cloth. Degrease if needed. Apply a band of adhesive on the item to be glued on, position the item on the surface, press hard against the surface and hold for 4-5 seconds. Full hardening takes 24
Working conditions: ambient temperature -10°С or more for the duration of work and for next 24 hours. Relative air humidity 40% or more.
Tools cleaning: wash with white spirit immediately after the work.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production in a sealed packaging in a dry and cool place, at temperatures between +5°С to +25°С. Freezing of the glue is allowed at temperatures not below -30°С with the following defrostation in a warm room without active heating with a drying fan, radiators, etc. (not more than 5 cycles).
Safety precautions: In case of contact of glue with the eyes rinse them thoroughly and consult with the doctor immediately, as for the rest observe common industrial safety rules.
